FAQ
What is the difference between a New and Used Textbook?
A new book must be clean with no bent corners, stickers or writing. It must contain all CD's and any required supplements. It should have no publisher markings saying "exam copy" or "complimentary copy" inside or outside of the book or any company/school branding stamps. You want to always Pack your books in a sturdy box using sufficient packing material to insure they arrive in new condition without any transit mishaps or damages.
If you use the student ISBN for Instructor Editions or complimentary copy textbooks, a lesser price may be given based on the book's value.
A used book must have all of its pages, a front and back cover and still be firmly bound to the spine. A reduced price may be given if the book is missing its CD, or other required supplement, has excessive highlighting, writing, stains/odor, or has more damage than a standard used book. We do not return books under any circumstances, so please use your best judgment.
