What is the TextbookBarn’s Return Policy?

All items are refundable for 30 days from the date of purchase. Return items must be postmarked within 30 days of your purchase date to be eligible for a refund. |

Orders that are returned due to customer error may be charged with a restocking fee up to 15% of total order price (total order price = shipping cost + book price). |

Orders that are returned due to seller error will be refunded the full amount. |

How do I initiate a return?

Carefully pack the books or textbooks you are returning and include the original packing slip. Be sure to double check that all items originally sent with the book are returned as well. If you do not have the original packing slip, please make sure to place a note in the package with your order number, last name, and note that you are requesting a refund. |

Ship the return package back to Textbook Barn with order tracking. For your protection, we require you to obtain order tracking to verify we have received your return. |

Your returns will be processed within 5 business days after your item has been received by the seller. |

You will be notified via e-mail when your refund has been processed. Your funds will be credited back on the card that you purchased your item with. |

Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear back in your account once you receive the refund notification e-mail. |
